Property Management - 3rd Party
Management Fee - 8% -12% (monthly)
Leasing fee - 75% of one month's rent (placement fee)
Onboarding fee - $250 -$550
Inspections - (Move-In and Move-Out) $110 per visit (others inspections free)
Broker Price Opinion -- Commercial
Commercial - $150 - $500 (includes opinion w/ photos, and travel)
