Property Management and Financial accounting with property ownership is our thing. We are financial accountants, tax accountants and licensed real estate brokers. We will management your property single home, HOA, apartment and condo's. We have management a financial portfolio for industrial, storage and RV parks. We are certified (ACP) with property management software and understand how to manage trust with real estate.

Managing a mixed-use property involves numerous challenges, from daily operations to marketing and financial management. Pricing

Management Fee - 8% -12% (monthly)
Leasing fee - 75% of one month's rent (placement fee)
Onboarding fee - $250 -$550
Inspections - (Move-In and Move-Out) $110 per visit (others inspections free)

Commercial - $150 - $500 (includes opinion w/ photos, and travel)

As the CEO and CFO of CRRE Properties LLC, she is responsible for the management and overall operation of the company.
